Korean celebrity Han Hyo-Joo has been named the new ambassador of 1-Day Acuvue Define beauty lens range. The popular actress, who will front this year’s “Healthy Eyes Speak Beauty” campaign, aims to inspire women to use their eyes to express their personality within.
“Whether large or small, the eyes are always alluring and I find myself constantly drawn to people with expressive eyes. I hope my eyes convey strength, confidence and inner beauty. I also hope that they can serve to inspire and encourage positive energy in others,” says Han.
“All three variants of 1-Day Acuvue Define have their own appeal but my personal favourite is the Accent Style. It allows my eyes to look clear and sparkling, and I feel more confident when I put them on.”
Besides Han’s favourite, Accent Style, the lenses also come in Natural Shine and Vivid Style, and they help make Asian eyes look naturally bigger (up to 12.8mm in diameter) and more defined.
Formulated with Acuvue Triple Care, 1-Day Acuvue Define contains 58% more moisture content than regular lenses, as well as a high level of oxygen permeability. It even helps protect eyes from harmful UV rays with an internationally recognised Class 2 UV blocking standards.
If you’re new to coloured lenses and are a little antsy about trying something different, these lenses also have a special Beauty-Wrapped-In-Comfort technology that protects eyes against the colourants added into the lenses.
